Food is pretty good but standard yummy American food. The party atmosphere can morph into a bunch of bad passenger behavior at times. Some normal questions I get are comparisons and I could really do just a review comparing the three, but here is my quick summary, plus general protocols for Covid-19 on each one currently.Ĭarnival: Party atmosphere for the most part (although this is dependent on the itinerary, but if you are doing a popular one out of the US, most likely will be a party atmosphere). In the past 5 years or so, I've been pretty loyal to Norwegian, mostly because I enjoy the experience on their ships, pricing, etc. Hey all! I will be posting daily on my upcoming cruise out of Seattle to Alaska on Sept 4th-11th! I'll go over Covid-19 protocols and rules to board, booking airfare and transfers through the cruise line and flying day of the cruise, boarding process, this big beautiful ship, the casino, ports of call/excursions, FOOD, drinky drinks, shows, and much more! I decided to do a review on here as well on other cruise-related boards because I feel like it will help the industry with their comeback as well as answer some questions non-cruisers might have about cruising!įirst of all, let's start out with this: I love cruising and have cruised over 20x (I am in my 30s so that is a lot for someone who is not 80 haha) I have sailed Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Norwegian.
